From Corporate to Rock Star
Building Rebel Marketing (formally known as Robles Designs) One Gig at a Time

The year was 2014. Yasmine Robles, fueled by endless coffee and a relentless "get-stuff-done" attitude, juggled a corporate job with a burning entrepreneurial spirit. Nights and weekends were dedicated to her side hustle, Robles Designs, a dream taking shape on the kitchen table. And yes, we used to be called Robles Designs.

Yasmine's dedication paid off. By August 2017, she left her corporate job and dedicated herself to Robles Designs. The growth kept coming with an office space at Haven Collective in Columbus, Ohio, fostering a collaborative environment for the growing team. The hardest part? Learning that you get to decide your schedule. No more driving during traffic if you don't need to.

Fast-forward to 2021. The world went remote, and Robles Designs adapted seamlessly. The entrepreneurial fire remained strong through ups and downs in late 2021 and 2022. Recognizing the potential in the ongoing business, Yasmine knew it was time to take the spark and dominate the marketing sphere. Ariel started working with Yasmine as an intern, helping to tackle tasks and working as a team.

With a renewed focus and a need for flexibility for appointments and family time, Yasmine dove back in headfirst. 2022 and early 2023 were a whirlwind of seeking mentorships and partnerships and attending every networking event imaginable. Yasmine brought Ariel on as her first full-time employee, taking on graphic work and designs. In the midst of this growth spurt, a new talent emerged: Izzy. She brought a strategic and data-driven approach to content creation, perfectly complementing the team's design expertise.

As our company grew, we welcomed Erin of Luminae as our Online Business Manager (aka, wrangler of ideas and tasks)! She brings an organizational element to our squad, offering great insight and planning skills. The band keeps growing wih our partnerships including go-to developers, paid media specialists, photographers, videographers, and dat analytists.
